How It Works
Get your items delivered in 3 simple steps
Authorize Us to pick up your items
Log into your KOTN account and message them that Josh and Derrick are your authorized pickup contacts. Include this email for payment: kotnpayment@gmail.com
Pay for your KOTN order
Send the e-transfer to KOTN. They must confirm your payment is cleared before your items can leave their warehouse. We won't be able to pick up unpaid orders.
Schedule Delivery
Fill out the form below with your order details, upload your invoice, and pay the delivery fee. We'll handle the rest!
Frequently Asked Questions
For now, we only deliver to L4N and L4M postal codes.
We'll email you with the delivery day within the week after you complete your payment.
After items are delivered, we'll text you an image of your front door with the packages.
